We will only store the information you provide in order to complete your order and communicate with you. We do not sell, communicate or divulge your information to any third party mailing lists.
LIFETIME STITCHING GUARANTEE
Our Lifetime Stitching guarantee covers our custom leather goods and means that if you deliver or ship us your Akpe wallet with return postage, we will repair seams degraded due to normal use without expiry. Please be advised that although the utmost care will be taken to minimize aesthetic compromises, repaired stitching may thicken or change due to our intervention. We reserve the right to refuse repair should damage seem unreasonable or proper repair not possible. Please do not sit on our wallets--your back will thank you.
DELIVERY OF GOODS
All 633z3r | Lakesworks products are made to order and delivery time may vary depending on level of orders and supplier availability. We will make every effort to fulfil all orders in a timely manner but reserve the exclusive right to refuse service with a full refund at any time should we decide. Please contact us if you have any questions about your order's delivery schedule.
HAUT DE GAMME / BESPOKE (Akpe)
For all bespoke goods some back and forth communication is expected and required for manufacture. Although we will do our best to provide an accurate representation of materials before production, the final texture and color of a product may vary to that of the customizer and not all colorways will always be available. Due to the small scale nature of our business delivery timelines remain approximate. We will do our best to accomodate delivery timeline requests but do not assume liability for delays in delivery.
SCREEN PRINTING
Please note that our garment designs are all hand printed and some variability in color and design placement should be expected.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Do to the made to order nature of our business all sales are final. Because we do not accept returns or exchanges, please make sure you have requested the correct size before purchasing.
